PROJECTS
StoneCoast conducts business and strategic planning, research, feasibility studies, business diagnostics, operations reviews, along with human resource strategic planning, labour market reviews and research and HR policies and procedures development. StoneCoast has also completed a number of projects focusing on issues facing Indigenous communities, immigrants and underrepresented groups. See our Projects page for more details.
ABOUT US
Dan Wood draws on 38 years of experience in public administration, post-secondary education, and independent consultancy. His career began in Ontario with positions at the City of Mississauga and Seneca College. He relocated to BC in 1995 and was Director of Industry Training at Vancouver Island University before taking on the leadership of a Victoria-based provincial post-secondary marketing organization. In 2002, he launched StoneCoast, focusing on Educational Consulting, Business Development and Project Management designed to ensure that clients meet or exceed their business objectives.
StoneCoast became a father-daughter team in 2020. Megan Wood joined StoneCoast with a strong background in scientific and technical writing, project management, tourism and hospitality, and small business consulting. Megan excels in the development of SOPs and multimedia training materials from print to interactive self-paced virtual learning.
